This hotel suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a great fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool. The friendly staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

My King Room was super spacious We especially loved the variety at breakfast, with everything from warm waffles to fresh fruits. Plus, it’s conveniently located near awesome dining options for evenings out!

The room size was decent, and having a fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast options pleased my kids, who particularly enjoyed the pizza available. However, the room faced the pool, where noise from a party was a distraction. The arrival experience was not ideal as we were given a different room than requested.

The King Room was spacious with an alarm clock and a tea/coffee maker. Enjoyed the fitness center and the hot tub. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Plus, there were restaurants right nearby. Breakfast had a variety of options, including eggs and waffles. Everything worked well during my stay.

Problems arose with a reservation mix-up. I had booked a king room but ended up with a two-double room instead—seems like a fundamental error for a hotel. Furthermore, basic items like a hairdryer and drinking glasses were absent from the room. Housekeeping also fell short, with multiple days without service during the stay, which left a less than tidy room. The hot tub was another letdown. it was out of service, which was a major factor in choosing this place. Lastly, the bathroom felt neglected, with a shower curtain that had seen better days and a bathtub drain that misbehaved during use, resulting in an unpleasant shower experience.

Family with children are better off elsewhere

The breakfast was pretty solid. My kids loved the variety and really enjoyed it every morning. The staff, they were super friendly too.

It wasn’t cheap, but acceptable for what it offered.

Great fit for a weekend trip in Chandler and incredible value for money. The team was friendly and gave us free snack bags, which was a nice touch. Bring your own toiletries, as they may not stock refills.
